Return, Refund, and Cancellations Policy

Effective Date: This policy is effective as of June 1st, 2024.

At GENERAL ACADEMY FOR BASIC BRILLIANCE AND UPSKILLING, an initiative of AROMANNA NATURAL PVT. LTD., we prioritize the rights of our learners with the same commitment we put into our courses. We believe in the importance of every learner and the essential nature of learner service. GENERAL ACADEMY FOR BASIC BRILLIANCE AND UPSKILLING reserves the right to decline returns and/or refunds at its discretion. Once courses or services are purchased, they are non-refundable under any circumstances.

Cancellation

You may cancel your enrollment or order by contacting us at info@thefirstsalary.com with your purchase details before making any payment. Once payment has been processed, cancellations cannot be initiated through the website.

Refund

Our courses are virtual products accessible immediately after successful payment. If you are unable to access your enrolled course due to a system error and wish to request a refund, please email us at info@thefirstsalary.com with evidence explaining why access was not possible.

To be eligible for a refund, you must provide proof via email. If your request is approved, your refund will be processed, and the credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 30 days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not yet received your refund, please first check your bank account. Then contact your debit/Credit Card Company or UPI provider, as there may be a delay in the posting of refunds. If you’ve completed these steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@thefirstsalary.com.

Return

We do not have a return policy for online courses. Additionally, the following items are non-returnable:

• Gift cards
• Scholarship or Discount Codes
• Downloadable resources

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges for any purchased courses.

Scholarship/ Gifts

Courses purchased with a scholarship, as a gift, or with a gift card are not eligible for cancellation, return, or refund. If the course was not purchased with a scholarship discount or marked as a gift at the time of purchase, and the gift giver did not directly order it for you, any approved refund will be issued to the gift giver.

Shipping Returns

All our courses are virtual products accessible online upon enrollment, so no shipping is required.
