Author name: Sanjeev Kumar
I am a social development professional and trainer with over 25 years of experience in the development sector. I have worked with national and international nonprofit organizations to support communities through livelihood and job-based training programs. My focus has always been on helping youth, women, and other under-supported groups build the skills they need for employment or self-employment. I’ve extensive experience in designing and delivering e-learning courses for learners with basic education and limited English skills. These courses are made for those looking for entry-level field jobs or those with 1 to 5 years of field experience. I simplify complex work processes into easy, practical lessons that build confidence and job readiness. My work includes creating field based job-profile based skills, livelihood training, soft skills and digital skills training, building training content, and setting up skill-based micro-business models. I have also trained over 5,000 individuals in past 25 years, in different skills, and basic business knowledge to help them earn a steady income. I have strong experience in program development, program implementation and management, curriculum design, team leadership, and CSR-based project implementation. I also support organizations in developing projects and program, setting up Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), strategies, budgets, and training delivery systems. My goal is to build simple, low-cost learning solutions that make real change possible for people with fewer opportunities. I believe in making learning easy, useful, and life-changing.
