Sanjeev Kumar – Social Worker, Trainer, and Creator of Grassroots Learning Tools

With over 25 years of experience in the social sector, Sanjeev has worked closely with both communities and organizations across India. Throughout this journey, one challenge stood out clearly—grassroots workers often enter NGO and development work without any formal training or educational background related to their job roles.

While senior staff in NGOs, CSR projects, and other development programs usually have access to education and resources, frontline workers are expected to perform in complex community environments with very little support or guidance. Due to funding gaps, these essential workers often miss out on training, growth, and long-term career development.

To bridge this gap, Sanjeev created an online learning platform specially designed for grassroots staff. These courses use simple language, real-life examples, and job-specific lessons to help workers—from entry-level roles to Project Officers—understand their work and improve their performance.

Sanjeev’s approach is built on one strong belief:
