Ltd., we take the pride in treating our learner’s rights, the same way we also take pride in our courses. We believe every learner is important, and learner service is essential. GENERAL ACADEMY FOR BASIC BRILLIANCE AND UPSKILLING reserves the right to refuse returns and/or refunds at its sole discretion. Courses or services, once sold will not be refunded at any circumstances.
Cancellation
You can cancel your enrollment/ order before making any payment only which means, before the payment of your order placed, by writing us at info@thefirstsalary.com with purchase details, to request the cancellation. You will not be able to cancel your enrollment/ order by yourself on the website, ones the payment is done.
Refund
Since, our courses are virtual products and it can be directly accessed after a successful payment. If, by any chance you are not able to access your enrolled course due to our system’s fault, and if you are willing to seek refund for any such enrolled course, you need to write to us at info@thefirstsalary.com with all the proof that, why you could not access the enrolled course.
To be eligible for a refund, you must submit your proof over email. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 30 days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your debit/credit card/ UPI company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@thefirstsalary.com.

Gifts
Any scholarship course, gift course, gift card is not eligible for cancellation, return or refund.
